Some people using some versions of Internet Explorer browsers  have a problem with the payment checkout at Paypal due to the security settings on their computer. This is nothing to do with  our software and can be fixed as follows:-

1.    In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
2.    Click Privacy and then click Advanced.
3.    Click Override default settings, and then specify how you want Internet Explorer to handle cookies from first-party websites.

Alternatively:-  just email us with your order and we will send a paypal payment request via email.

Prices quoted exclude VAT:-

This is a trade to trade supply so VAT is chargeable inside the UK on top of the price quoted at 17.5% and a VAT invoice will be supplied from us as an established UK import company so that UK registered   buyers can claim back the VAT as inputs.  UK Import duties are paid by us.

EU VAT registered  buyers outside the UK will be charged 0% VAT  if a bona fide and checkable VAT registration number from the country of supply is provided to us first.  EU Import duties are paid by us.

Buyers from outside the UK or EU will not be charged any VAT but will be responsible for any local taxes or duties payable in their country when the goods arrive.
